Do you work with students at all ability levels?

Yes we work with both ordinary level and higher level math's students. Weather you just want to understand math's enough to pass or get a H1 we will tailor our tutoring to your needs.

Do I have to commit long-term?

No, that's why we have three pricing options available. You can book lessons individually, weekly, or go on a monthly plan with a full exam strategy built for your success.

What if I only need help with one topic?

Then you can purchase our weekly bundle where we deep dive into a topic of your choice over the course of a week.

Can I change plans later?

Yes absolutely, none of our plans have any contracts attached to them, not even the monthly plan. You can simply message us and we will promptly take you off the plan.

How are private lessons different from group grinds?

Private lessons mean that we can fully focus on the student’s individual needs and give them the flexibility of learning at their own pace. There is no pressure around speaking up and no fear of embarrassment.
Group lessons create a more interactive environment and allow students to learn from each other as well as the tutor. Many students enjoy the collaborative dynamic and shared confidence that comes with group lessons.
Overall, there is no better or worse option and it vastly depends on the student’s personality, learning style and situation.

Note: We offer both private and group lessons.

How quickly do students usually see improvement?

Students can see improvement even after one lesson, sometimes all it takes is one lesson for everything to click.

Is there any follow-up outside lesson time?

After our individual lessons, students receive notes from the lesson. We always check in with all our students no matter what plan they are on. However on the monthly package with 12 lessons, there is far more ongoing support and tailored strategy for exam imrpovement.

How do you track progress over time?

We monitor the test results of our recurring students as well as providing notes after each lesson and optional homework to assess their skills. Students who sign up for our Growth package will receive a weekly summary of what has been covered and what they should focus their practice on.

How does booking work?

For Individual Plan: Simply go onto our website (The one you are on right now), click book a lesson, and select individual.

For Weekly and Monthly: On our website click "BOOK A LESSON"
->Then select plan. Once you sign up you will be sent a booking link, you can use this booking link how ever many times your plan allows.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule up to 32 hours before your lesson. When you sign up for a lesson you get sent a confirmation email, in that email, you can go onto the booking page to reschedule, or simply text us via whatsapp.

How do you approach Leaving Cert maths differently?

Our priority is to give time and space for students to properly understand the material before learning the methodology of answering a question. We focus on building upon the student’s knowledge and skill, with the aim of developing mathematical clarity, confidence and consistency. Different students have different learning styles and we try to adapt our lessons to best suit the character of each individual student.
